John F. Vodopia, who is of Counsel to F. Chau & Associates, has been handling intellectual property matters for over 25 years. His practice focuses on patent prosecution, counseling and patent litigation, including inter partes review (IPR) and trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Vodopia worked as an electrical engineer in sonar-related technology (ASW), at Sperry Corp. and Norden Systems, between 1984 and 1989.
